Hollis (Chip) Felkel is a veteran communications strategist and public affairs consultant who provides strategic counsel, advocacy and guidance to Fortune 500’s, privately held companies, as well as national issue-based organizations. In his earlier career, Chip served in management, support and consulting roles with well over one hundred different GOP political campaigns around the country at the presidential, statewide and local level.
Chip serves as a trusted advisor, navigator and connector to senior decision-makers at all levels of business and government providing a frank objective perspective on political and policy issues, on communications challenges and business development projects.
Known for his objectivity and frankness, Chip’s views on the political environment and major policy battles, are often sought by media outlets from across the country and around globe. He is also the founder of the RAP Index, a proprietary software solution which captures key data on stakeholder relationships, engagement potential, and influence.
Chip is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he served as chairman of the Board of Visitors. He currently serves on the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Board and resides in Greenville with his family.
