R.L. Condra brings over two decades of experience directing advocacy, coalition building and legislative activities at both federal and state levels. His diverse background includes serving as Vice President of Government Affairs for the National Venture Capital Association and as Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Government Programs at the National Cooperative Bank. 

Prior to joining NCB, R.L. was Vice President of Advocacy for the National Cooperative Business Association and spent several years on the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Nutrition for Chairwoman Blanche Lincoln, the first woman and Arkansan to serve as Chair of the Committee. For seven years, he worked for two presidential appointees with the George W. Bush Administration as Director of Congressional Affairs for the Delta Regional Authority. 

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, R.L. enjoys coaching youth basketball and soccer in Vienna, Virginia, where he lives with his wife and two children.
